the girl & the fig in Sonoma is currently seeking experienced Lead Off-site Catering Chefs to join our team.

How you’ll spend your day...
...perform cooking techniques such as sautéing, butchery, grilling, etc.
...handle food properly as directed
...understand the use of kitchen tools, equipment and safety procedures
...supervise and provide support to back of house event staff and management
...coordinate with front of house to ensure that each course is ready and served efficiently and smoothly
